Representatives of the State Property Ministry and Cimos Group signed a settlement resolving disputed property relations in Buzet and Roč, according to which, for the controversial 22 thousand square meters of land, Cimos paid HRK 7.4 million to the Croatian budget, making itself an indisputable owner of that land.
