SPESIMA Engineering developed Automated Human Disinfection System DISINFECTA

The Automated Human Disinfection System DISINFECTA is an original development by SPESIMA Engineering Ltd. and is protected by a patent request and trademark, submitted to the Bulgarian Patent Office.

The cabin is intended for the disinfection of staff working in hospitals or other areas with high-risk of contamination, and also for the pre-disinfection of people working in areas requiring high levels of hygiene.

DISINFECTA is a walk-through cabin made of aluminum profiles with polycarbonate walls mounted on a base with a container of stainless steel to collect the waste fluid, which is transferred to a special tank by a special pump.

DISINFECTA is equipped with two types of special nozzles for spraying and mist spraying of disinfectant solution. А microprocessor control allows the change of the operating mode, nozzle configuration and customization of the operating time. The control system has a touch screen display for easy setup.

The spray nozzles are 6 in total, where 3 nozzles are arranged vertically on each side of the cabin and are used for spraying disinfectant on people with waterproof clothing.

The second type of nozzles 12 in total, spray mist and disperse the person from all sides. The mist spray is very fine and in this operating mode people can be disinfected without special protective clothing.

Each disinfection cycle finishes with blow out of the adhering liquid, using two fans.

In both cases, the use of protective glasses and a mask is mandatory.

The cabin is equipped with light signals for the start and end of disinfection cycle.

The disinfectant is placed in a 25 liter stainless steel bottle, maintaining a pressure of 4-6 bar, which is provided by an oil-free compressor or a compressed CO2 bottle.

With a disinfection mode of 1-2 people per minute, the duration of a single charge of the disinfectant is about 1 hour, ie. it is possible to process 60 to 80 people.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
The construction is modular and easy to transport. The control is user friendly, easy to use and does not require special training. The cabin meets the requirements of the CE Safety Standards. Input power is 220 volts, and all cabin units operate at a safe 24 volts.
